Core Fusion Yoga is a slow flow blending traditional yoga sequences, restorative postures, and core-specific exercises. This class is designed to access the deepest part of your core through breath work and stabilization techniques focusing on building strength from within. You will experience a whole body approach with special emphasis on the abdomen, pelvic floor, back and spine strengthening, and hip mobility and stability.
