This class explores a variety of yoga and mindful movement sequences, restorative poses, and therapeutic stabilization techniques to strengthen and support the joints and enhance mobility so you can move with greater ease and fluidity on and off of your mat. It includes breath-based practices to calm the nervous system and release tension and tightness. If you experience persistent pain, stiffness, or tension and you want to learn to move in ways to ease stress and satisfy your body, please join us. All levels welcome.
