My style of teaching is influenced by various methods of yoga, pilates, functional movement, and therapeutic exercise, and encourages mindful exploration of movement and breathing practices to ease tension and enhance mobility and overall health and well-being.

Private Movement & Yoga

I provide private yoga and movement sessions in-person and virtually to those who:

  • experience chronic stress and anxiety
  • have back, hip, pelvic floor, or postural issues
  • have a health condition or physical limitation
  • want help creating a home exercise program or yoga practice
  • want to learn the fundamentals of alignment in yoga poses

Depending on your personal goals, through private sessions you will:

  • deepen your understanding of your body and postural alignment
  • learn how to identify movement and breathing patterns that contribute to poor posture, stress, and nagging aches, pain, and tension
  • learn exercises, techniques and mind-body practices to ease chronic tension and stress, build strength and stability, and improve balance, flexibility, and mobility
  • learn safe modifications specific for your condition and body

1 – 70-minute session: $85
8 – 70-minute sessions: $640

Group and Corporate Yoga or Coaching

Are you looking for yoga for a special event, group or organization? Would you like to bring yoga or informational workshops to your workplace?

I can assist your group of friends or employees with improving overall health and well-being through movement,  lifestyle coaching and corporate wellness programs.

I’m willing to travel to your location. Prices vary depending on the size of the group, travel time, and special accommodations.
